What we do

Repair of blown or cracked plaster, new render, skim coats and plasterboard partitions and ceilings.

We find the source first (leak, condensation or rising damp), then repair the plaster and finish with suitable primers and paints.

Full refits including plumbing, waterproofing with a water test, tiling, sanitaryware, cabinets and worktops.

Pre-season checks and repairs, winter preparation, terrace and balcony leaks, getting a property ready to rent.

Why coastal homes need a different approach
Didim's sea air, summer humidity and strong sun are hard on buildings. Many holiday homes are also closed for months over winter, which leads to condensation and mould. That is why we:
- use breathable, water-repellent (silicone or siloxane based) paints on exterior walls,
- remove rust and use anti-corrosion primers on railings and metalwork,
- use moisture-resistant boards and cabinets in bathrooms and under sinks,
- fix the source of damp before repainting, so the paint doesn't fail again next season,
- plan exterior work for spring and autumn, avoiding midsummer heat and winter rain.

Why does the paint in my holiday home keep bubbling?＋
In Didim the usual cause is moisture: condensation in homes closed for the winter, a leak from plumbing, a roof or terrace, or damp rising from the ground. Repainting alone does not fix it. The source must be found and fixed first, then the damaged plaster repaired and suitable primer and paint applied.
